WJB Mortgage Services, LLC is currently not accepting applications to our registry of Appraisers. Please watch for updates as to when we will begin accepting applications in the future as we broaden our market share and require additional coverage.
WJB Mortgage Services, LLC (VMS) ensures that appraisal ordering and fulfillment complies with the regulations
mandated by the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) for mortgage loan processing
for single-family homes. Beginning May 1, 2009, VMS will only order property valuation services from our VMS
registry of qualified appraisers. VMS ensures all appraisal products will be ordered and managed by the VMS
staff, rather than by originators or processors as in the past.
